Im looking for developers to do a Live Streaming Cinema , with certain features -must be a web page -should allow me to create Rooms with different movies -must be Live Streaming , if i pause the movie , it should pause for everyone on the room -each room must have 50 sits -each room must have a chat and players must be able to communicate each other live while watching the movie -rooms should be able to be set as free movie or ticket required movie -spectators must login to join the cinema system before choosing a room (movie) -once a spectator join a room , he shouldnt be able to chat or see chat or movie , until he choose a sit (each spectator must take a sit) -if all sits on a rooms are taken , room shouldnt be allow new spectators to join the movie -i should be able to set rooms moderators with special powers, like kick , ban or silence a player on the chat and from the room , and to pause the movie if needed -the login system must be integrated with a vbulletin forum database already working -this system can be done in any technology , i dont care if its html or flash or java more info will be give to the winner
